Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults who are looking for a change and feel weighed down in their current circumstances. She helps people find relief and learn more about their own selves and how to accept and feel comfortable as they are. Sarah specializes in treating stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Sarah offers a variety of services, including individual therapy in her Arvada, CO office, virtual therapy for clients who live in Colorado or New York, and the EMDR Intensive for people who are seeking rapid relief. She uses EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness approaches within a relational framework when providing therapy.

Janelle Althen, LCSW
Janelle has practiced social work and psychotherapy with couples and families since the mid-90s. Her areas of expertise are in the areas of attachment, relational therapy (couple and family), early complex trauma and the impact of early traumatic stress on young children. Janelle has practiced in a variety of settings: community mental health, non-profit counseling clinics, and private practice. She has also taught at a graduate level, at both the University of Denver and a post-graduate clinical program called Denver Family Institute, (in the areas of couples therapy and family therapy when there are trauma or attachment issues) for over 12 years. Janelle has also trained and consulted with numerous mental health centers, schools, adoption agencies, and post-graduate programs since 2005. Stacey has been in the Mental Health field for 32 years and in private practice for 23 years. She understands that seeking help for individuals can sometimes be difficult. Glory earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Denver Seminary in May of 2018. She is a bilingual therapist working with specific treatment of co-occurring substance use disorders and posttraumatic stress, addiction and mental illness, leading both English and Spanish groups, educating the community as well as individual counseling. She serves on the board of the Colorado Association of Addiction Professionals (CAAP) and facilitator for Mending the Soul (MTS) groups for women survivors of abuse. Glory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services with emphases in Domestic Violence Counseling and Addiction Counseling from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. She interned with the Center for Trauma and Resilience, formerly known as Denver Center for Crime Victims (DCCV), and later joined the Colorado Organization of Victim Assistance (COVA) as their Human Trafficking Case Manager.
